You will learn to design, co-ordinate and implement the complete employment cycle from recruitment, selection, performance management to employee exits and dismissals in a fair way. We do this through a good understanding of people and their motivations and by using the best evidence to ensure we make the correct decisions about how people work together for business success. We focus on doing things right and doing the right thing, with an emphasis on sustainability, our global world, and ways of achieving a more representative workforce.

We welcome applications from students wishing to transfer into year 2 with prior degree level study from another institution.\
