You’ll study the fundamental principles of mechanics, dynamics, heat transfer and fluid flow with design, manufacturing, and business considerations. <br/><br/>**Why Study Mechanical Engineering BEng(Hons) at University of Huddersfield?** <br/>Following your second year, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in an optional industry work placement, where you’ll put your knowledge into practice, gain invaluable real-world work experience and boost your post-graduate employability. <br/><br/>You’ll learn from the best on this course, as the University of Huddersfield has been rated Gold in the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) 2023. <br/><br/>In the fourth year of the course, you’ll work on a supervised individual research project.
