You’ll learn how to advise on the design and construction of new buildings, alterations, and additions, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance. You’ll also develop expertise in building pathology, diagnosing defects and recommending maintenance, repair, retrofit, and conservation strategies for existing buildings. From feasibility and condition surveys to contract administration and stakeholder communication, you’ll build the practical and analytical skills needed to deliver safe, sustainable, and high-quality outcomes.
