You’ll plan, build and test prototypes in response to a range of stimulating briefs. And you can build on your knowledge and skills with our range of extracurricular options. <br/><br/>Gain real-world experience before you graduate with a placement year. The Humber is home to over 350 engineering and process companies, so you’ll be in a prime spot to access a range of placement opportunities.<br/><br/>Like all our Engineering courses, Mechanical Engineering shares a common first year, which means you can choose to switch to a different pathway in your second year. It also offers a four-year Integrated Masters (MEng) option.
