You will be introduced to AI system thinking and the development of AI agents, combining theory with hands‑on experience using no‑code tools, enabling you to design AI-driven solutions that support decision‑making, automation, and wider organisational impact.

You'll gain the skills and knowledge to diagnose, investigate and solve organisational problems or generate entrepreneurial ideas and translate these into meaningful business plans.
