On this course, we will introduce the current workplace trends and issues that are relevant to people management, and ensure you are equipped to shape and drive the workforce of tomorrow.<br/><br/>You will be taught by world-class scholars and practitioners in the field, including the World of Work Institute, and Henley Business School members and directors. <br/><br/>Your modules will cover:<br/><br/><br/>- international human resources management<br/><br/><br/>- strategic human resources management<br/><br/><br/>- organisational behaviour<br/><br/><br/>- leadership<br/><br/><br/>Alongside these, you will also study the core disciplines that underpin business – including economics, psychology and sociology – and explore theories and concepts such as:<br/><br/><br/>- international strategy<br/><br/><br/>- operations<br/><br/><br/>- entrepreneurship<br/><br/><br/>- data analytics<br/><br/><br/>- accounting.<br/><br/><br/>You’ll learn through a combination of lectures, seminars, practical workshops, and self-guided study.
