English Studies, Year 2

Freshers week was full of opportunities to meet new people, new classmates and just get a good feel of the university The accommodation on campus had a lovely space for socialising but your room had a nice amount of space for privacy and enabled you live comfortably The library on campus was the biggest highlight for me. It was a beautiful space to study and had so much space both for individual or group study. It was filled with plenty of resources and staff were always ready to help! My course was led by people who had so much experience in the field and were always eager to teach and ready to help! I thoroughly enjoyed my course and have met the best people The university of roehampton was surrounded by beautiful nature and a peaceful neighbourhood. Minutes away you had access to the city, shops and restaurants! You got the best of both worlds

Psychology, Year 3

The university of roehampton has honestly given me the best experience of my life. I've spent 3 years here and it's such a relaxed happy big family vibe. The SU events are amazing, having at least 2 club nights a week that are roehampton uni students only (minus the guest list). They set Year 1 off with the best way possible by giving ever flat in halls a flat rep, to help them out and give them the best freshers week poss. I love Roey_???

Film, Graduate

It was amazing, there was so much to do for everyone. The accommodation I stayed in was a new build so it was very clean, it was spacious and quiet The library was good but it was rebuilt half way through my time at university which resulted in an even better one. There was a lot of content and a lot of choice for modules, there was bound to be something that you enjoyed specifically. The lectures in first year were longer than most, a full day for just 1 lesson, however it was very beneficial as it helped you learn everything you would need for film making. There was a local highstreet which was full of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs which was perfect for students. It was also very near london which meant only a single bus or train to reach your destination and explore your surroundings

Not like I expected it to be. Was very different to the ideal freshers week I don't live in the accommodation but have visited friends it looks nice but definitely lacks some stuff The library is amazing! The atmosphere inside is really nice I like how every floor of the library is different. Has a lovely cafe on the bottom floor which is a nice area to study and eat Lectures are really nice the teachers always try and get involved with the students. The area is amazing

It was lots of fun. It's really big and spacious. The rooms are really homely. They have very good facilities. I enjoy the library especially. The lectures are very interesting. The assignments we get are never boring. It is very lively. I enjoy the city life.

My university is a place in which not only are the students minds challenged but they make sure that the students are emotionally supported by the faculty.

Very fun, I had a lot of insight about the uni and the services they provided. I loved the freebies too! I do not stay at the accommodation unfortunately due to not having the funds however I have been inside before and they're decent. Amazing facilities, best I've ever come across. The classrooms have the perfect equipment and the library is perfect, each floor is different. I love the course because it is perfect degree to help me find a job in the field I want to. It also has amazing teachers, there's very helpful. City life is amazing I've lived in London all my life however it is even better at the university because we're right next to Richmond Park and going there during breaks/free time is insane!

It was fun! The university had a little get together in the canteen, with pizza, cakes and board games. I did not stay in their campus Library is really clean, books and computers on hand. Same for canteen and classrooms. Spacios and clean with helpfull staff Easily understandable, really good teachers that made learning fun. The courses are nicely structured as well Good! Plenty of restaurants around campus, close to and bus stations

Freshers week was great. The university had loads of different nights out planned, so it was a really great opportunity to get to know everyone I really enjoyed living in accommodation! Unlike a lot of other universities, people often stay in accommodation for 2-3 years. Depending on what college you're in, the accommodation is different, so it's always a nice change The library is amazing! It's a great place to get work done & focus. Lecture rooms are also pretty cool, very modern. Again, due to the university being collegiate, all of the buildings have really different feels to them The course is really interesting, lectures are really engaging & lab & field work keep you busy! It's always exiting to produce you're own data I love being in the city, there's always something to do & always people to meet (& Deliveroo is always available). As roehampton is sort of on the border of London/Surrey there's lots of greenery around! So it doesn't always feel like you're in London
