We have designed the BA (Hons) Leadership and Management course to give you the core knowledge, skills and experience that are required to pursue a career in management. As you work your way through the modules that make up this programme you will develop insight, expertise and practical experience to help you in your future career.<br/>A central ambition of the course is in helping you understand how theoretical and classroom- based knowledge can be used in the workplace. When you complete this course you will have gained knowledge, skills and experience that will support your future career. We aim to make you much more than simply ‘employable’ – our intention is to support you in your future aspirations and to prepare and support you in whatever path your career takes.<br/><br/>Whist this is a full-time course, typically this course generally only requires 1-2 days on campus attendance, supported by self-directed study. This means you can continue to work alongside your studies and balance other commitments. The programme is designed to support aspiring professional managers – it is a programme which is specifically intended to provide graduates with a range of knowledge, skills and expertise that will support a management career across a wide range of sectors.<br/>This programme is not open to students requiring a Student visa to study in the UK.
