**Why choose this course**<br/>• Our BSc (Hons) Business Management and Spanish course focuses on training you to be a world-class language expert with an understanding of how organisations of all sizes start, run and thrive. <br/><br/>• You will also have the opportunity to experience and benefit from being taught by experts in two different schools. <br/><br/>• You’ll have the option to take one of our award-winning Professional Training placements that will prepare you for work in industry. <br/><br/>**What you will study**<br/>Our BSc (Hons) Business Management and Spanish will introduce you to core business principles and practice and give you the opportunity to continuously improve and practise your language skills in a variety of settings. If you don’t have an A-level or equivalent in Spanish, you’ll have the opportunity to take Spanish as a beginner, as long as you can demonstrate language learning aptitude. <br/><br/>Your first year of study will provide you with a strong base of knowledge in the essentials of business management and will introduce you to using Spanish in a variety of academic and professional contexts. From the second year, you will be given the opportunity to select from a widening range of optional modules, including marketing, HR, sociolinguistics and translation. <br/><br/>The course includes a Professional Training placement abroad which will give you a real insight into business practice in the relevant country, plus the opportunity to use and develop your language skills in a professional setting.
