The course is intensive and clinically focused, and involves many aspects of an undergraduate or postgraduate medical degree, focusing on general adult medicine, rather than specialty care. The course also includes extensive placement opportunities, with the chance to gain experience across a range of acute and primary care settings.<br/><br/>A UK Physician Associate qualification does not currently entitle graduates to work as Physician Associates outside of the UK. Please note, the Physician Associate qualification may not currently be recognised in some countries.
