Freshers week was amazing and it was really nice to meet everyone on my course and get to know them and make new life long friends who are gunna make my course enjoyable aswell as meeting all my fantastic lectures
The accommodation at writtle is outstanding and offers you amazing views of the campus and independence and freedom that you need away from studies to relax with friends and release the stress of assignments and revision but also allows peace to revise and work on assignments at your own pace
Writtle has lots of facilities that I love to use to help me study like the fantastic library which has a huge range of books that I use to help me with assignments and revision the bar and garden rooms are clean and tidy which makes eating there a enjoyable experience
My course is full of lots of interesting lessons that I always look forward to and enjoy being in that’s partly due to my amazingly lecturers who make the lesson fun and easy to follow which is really helpful when it comes to assignments and revision
The city life is always thriving and you see loads of friendly and happy people around town And on campus and it gives you a real community feeling and makes you feel safe which has a big impact on uni life and my studies to ensure I produce the best work possible
That this course a lot of commitment and hard work to achieve a decent grade at the end of it but this course is one that you get as good as you give so I’m sure if you work hard and are determined to succeed you will enjoy the course as much as I do

Writtle is an amazing university with fantastic lecturers and opportunities! I felt at home and stayed on campus all 3 years of my degree. The lecturers are supportive and know you personally, your strengths, weaknesses and ensure students get their dreams. They make recommendations for experiences that are great for your CV and the Uni's reputation goes far in the sector. I wish I could do it again and never leave! It was a great experience and one that set me up well for my job which I achieved within 6 weeks of leaving based on my experiences and quality degree I achieved at Writtle University College.

Animal Science, Year 3
It was well organised and had different things planned. I think the pub crawl is the main event of the year though! I don't personally live on campus but I have stayed with friends in their halls etc and they are all close to amenities and the canteen etc! Rooms have everything you need As an off campus student I haven't used all the facilities but the library is very well stocked and everything is easy to find/use. The student union is always open when you need them or to collect post. Some classrooms are a bit dates but a lot have been refurbed and are much nicer! The course is perfect for people who are interested in animals. There are multiple animals at uni at the animal unit, horse yard and the farm. All with opportunities to help out if you wanted to! Lectures and practicals coincide well and are planned out! Chelmsford is a busy and vibrant city with plenty of things to do! Whether its nightlife, shopping, restaurants, Chelmsford has it all and its has a train into London!
