Find out more about ARU, including our recent Gold rating in the Teaching Excellence Framework, at www.aru.ac.uk<br/><br/>New for September 2024, our Level 4 Certificate in Health Wellbeing and Community, provides the opportunity to develop skills relevant to this expanding sector of the health sector.<br/><br/>Our programme can be studied on a full-time (over 12 months) or part-time basis (over 24 months) and is both suitable for school/college leavers as well as those already in employment looking to enhance their skills and knowledge through a recognised qualification.<br/><br/>During the programme, students will gain a greater understanding of the history, strategy and perspective of health and wellbeing within the community, health inequalities and their impact, as well as person centred approaches to care in the sector, including the development of social prescribing and health promotion initiatives.
