As a former student of Barnet and Southgate College, I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support in retrieving my old certificate. I have emailed the college twice at the official address (certificates@barnetsouthgate.ac.uk), following their own internal advice, and no one has even acknowledged my emails.

This certificate is important for my career progression, and it’s frustrating to feel ignored by an institution I once proudly attended.
I would expect better communication, especially for alumni seeking genuine help.
