Dance, Year 2

Freshers week was good had lots of physical activities and sporting events aswell as drinking and nightlife For first year you live independently or either at private student halls or at avery hill campus for Greenwich uni students The facilities are always improving and keeping current to the times which is lovely to see, new buildings are always getting added There is a good balance of physical and technical classes so you can understand a foundation to build your movements from I love being on the outskirts of london, away from hustle and bustle and potential danger, but 20 minutes from the city centre !

Dance, Year 2

1st year- good experience, Bird held a fantastic BBQ with drinks and a big party for all. Such a great time! Student body organised all freshers activities, great place to be though 2nd year - coronavirus... Accommodation available at the Greenwich University Campus. However most accommodation is done privately , through landlords. However students pass houses down over years, and the college are great at helping people find accommodation. Host families available for under 18's It's a dance and musical theatre college, so no shortage of space. There is a library with specific resources and access to greenwich library too. Some parts could be renovated though. However they're always making improvements It's one of the top musical theatre conservatoires in the country. Great staff with experience in the field . Some improvements could be made however It's nice to live slightly out of central - only 25 minutes in to Charing Cross station . So easy to get around and experience the city . SE London needs a slight improvement to TFL networks though

Dance, Year 2

I went to one event, where everyone dressed in white clothing. There was also a traffic light party and sports day event. I did not stay in the halls that are linked to the college. I rented out a flat close by with a friend. Ended up being riddled with mould due to a leaking roof. Studios are big but with larger classes they can fill up very quickly. The library offers a wide range of books relating to what we need. There is a huge selection of sheet music available. An understanding that academics weren't our strongest point as performers. Lectures were to the point and easy to understand I'm not a massive fan of Sidcup as a whole but it's got easy access to London if ever there's a show/ performance we'd like to get tickets for
