Freshers week at Burnley college was really enjoyable they had a range of activities for you to do. My accommodation isn't on site and is about 1hr away it's quite good tho. The facilities are great! There's an on site gym which students have a discount on. A ALZ which acts like a library and the refectary which has a wide range of foods.. The tutors really making the course easy to understand. As well as keeping you updated on extra curricula things to do outside of lesson that relate. Burnley itself isn't that enjoy although I do know there are soon to be some massive improvements to the town centre making not just a shopping experience but buliding new cinnema making new places to eat etc. I think students should know that they should pick a course that they love and see a future in. It won't be easy but if you put you're head down and do the work you're bound to do well and you will have alots of support from tutors if you need it
