Burton College

No events took place to my knowledge. There was no freshers week. There is no accommodation. Library is rather small but holds all the books required for the university. I have had to purchase course books myself so don't really use the library. The classrooms are spacious with computers for all and up to date facilities when teaching. As far as I'm aware there is no student union. The lectures are very good. Small class size allows us to go into much greater detail and get a fuller understanding of the course. The lecture is flexible with exams and provides extra sessions to accommodate our needs. Situated in a small town, there are a few nightclubs and bars. Many pubs and restaurants as well as a shopping centre. It's easy to get around with bus routes connecting to derby and Nottingham as well as a train station.
