Plus, we’ll provide you with the latest tools and techniques in crisis management to protect and restore a brand’s reputation.<br/><br/>You will also develop the adaptability and strategic thinking skills essential for senior management roles within the PR and marketing industry, ensuring you are industry ready and resilient to tackle the ever-changing market demands.<br/><br/>Get hands-on with specialist industry software and put theory into practice during your Public Relations in Practice module in your second year. Our lecturers, who are both research-active and industry-experienced, will teach you the key skills you need for the workplace after graduation.<br/><br/>You will have the opportunity to join our ‘Met Marketers’ society and CIM Student chapter to engage in creative and entrepreneurial activities. Take on the global CIM The Pitch competition and tackle a real-life marketing challenge set by a leading charity, where top finalists get the chance to pitch their ideas directly to the client.<br/><br/>We offer this degree with two study options. You can choose three years full-time or four years full-time which would include a one-year industry placement between years two and three that will give you hands-on experience in a real-life working environment. This year in industry gives you practical skills that many employers seek, giving you a competitive edge upon graduation.
