The Integrated Master’s in Biology expands on the traditional BSc Biology degree with a further year of study that culminates in graduation with an M.Biol. This programme will train and equip graduates for a career in modern biological industries. The aims of this new degree are to enhance the creativity and employability of our best students by exposing them to courses that will allow them to grow their skill-set in business and entrepreneurship, as well as fully capitalise on their laboratory and field work skills in Biology. As well as taught courses, there is a strong emphasis on practical work with the entirety of the second semester being devoted to project work. The M.Biol will result in graduates who are well suited to a range of contemporary graduate employment posts in the Biology sector, including the environmental, biomedical and biotechnological sectors.

We will consider T Levels as suitable for entry to our degree programmes, however, certain subject requirements may be required for entry to specific programmes. Where this is not evident as part of the T Level studies, we may ask for additional qualifications.
