In your first year, you’ll cover key topics such as algebra, programming, problem solving, and calculus. You can also tailor the programme to your career aspirations. Year two deepens your knowledge through areas such as web technologies, databases, and complex mathematics, with real-world application and further optional module choice.

During your final year you will unleash your creativity and undertake an individual project involving computer science and mathematics. The project will enable you to apply theoretical knowledge and problem-solving skills to a technical, software, programming, research or business problem.

From dedicated professional development sessions and industry guest lectures to tailored careers support, employability is embedded throughout your studies. The programme also includes the option to enhance your experience through either a flexible-short or year-long industry placement. Alternatively, if you’re interested in teaching, a specialist option offers experience in educational settings.
