Youll study the business and legal aspects of property and construction. Youll learn how to advise clients of legal and financial implications resulting from the condition of buildings.<br/><br/>Youll examine building designs, poor, good and/or sustainable. Youll use sketching and computer-aided design packages. Youll also examine reasons for constructions and buildings failing, which is a key knowledge base for chartered building surveyors.
