The University accommodation is spacious and modern with helpful staff.
The course was about helping disabled people in education were taught a wide range of stuff particularly pedagogy.
The facilities are amazing and on the door step on the campus. Social Life is great always something going on and everyone is welcoming.

This uni is great for my course. The main campus is in such a nice area as well and there is lots of mixing between the halls.

Great uni in Liverpool

(5)·By Daniel B·Accounting· Jun 2023
There are 3 campuses to live on, 2 for learning. I stayed on aigburth in first year and it was an amazing place. Lots of friends to meet and very helpful staff. There is a bus at the top of the road that can take you to the city center or to the hope park campus which is only 15 mins on a bus. There is also a train station a 2 minute walk from the campus. The lectures are really informative and with quite small numbers it feels more of a personal lesson and the tutors are there to help you and have alot of time for you if you don't understand something. Hope park is a really great campus. It looks old from the outside but is really hi tech on the inside, great library, gym and really nice coffee shops and everything to close together. There is also sports pitches and huge carl park. Within hope there are many great ways to socialise as there are many different sports teams and even groups to go to and meet new friends, there's a bar on campus if you've had a stressful day where u can unwind with a game of pool and it's cheap too and foods delicious.

Liverpool hope university so far has been so supportive in all my studies and helping me progress, nothing is ever too much for the tutors :)

The feedback on the assignments is always detailed and always states what I need to do in order to reach the next grade boundary

Computing / Computer Science, Year 2

(5)·By Molly O·Computing· Jul 2021
Really good, they did a good introduction to the course, discussing what we'd cover over the year and how things would be structured. The uni also had loads of events encouraging people to bond Really great size, and the facilities were great. Security was lovely, and the student residential tutors were really helpful and attentive. On campus gym is great, also has astro turf fields. Library has great resources, departments have great resources and the SU does loads of great work all year round. The lectures are well structured, and the lecturers are very approachable if you need any help. The lecture/seminar structure is really well executed Liverpool is very much a student city, so the deals are great, and there's always something going on. Lots of different theme nights at different clubs. I also love the late night takeaways being open

Education / Teacher Training, Year 3

(5)·By Rachel D·Education / Teacher Training· Jul 2021
Freshers week was brilliant. From activities such as the freshers fair, ice breaking activities and the induction week - everyone in our course settled in great. The accommodation here is great - I even stayed in halls for two years in a row! From then, I have met my friends for life. The accommodation is reasonably priced and the rooms are great - we even had a pool table in the common room The library is brilliant - primary Ed has its own dedicated part of the library! The surrounding gardens are so pretty and would make you want to go to the library. The classrooms and lecture halls are modern and accommodate each individuals needs The course is relevant to today and the ever changing world of education. We get the opportunity to participate in courses (for free) which looks great in our CV. Placement is the best part! City life was a major change from moving away from home in Northern Ireland. The night life and shopping are great, the places to eat out are endless!
