Liverpool Hope University

My university experience couldn't have been any better! For being a shy girl from a small town in County Down in Northern Ireland, making the big move to Liverpool was very daunting. But I've made the most amazing friends, settled in to such an amazing university who are so good with giving you help and support if you're ever struggling, and I love my course because it leads me into the right direction to my dream career! Best decision I ever made was joining Liverpool Hope University!

So far my 2 years experience I have gained from university has been great, I am enjoying my course and I have made new friends. The night life is great.

My university experience was very limited as I didn't live in student accommodation but I had a tour of it and from what I saw it was amazing. I study Education and IT and they go really well together because when I graduate I can go on to do many things. The two subjects I study go in to a lot of depth and cover all the grounds of what you would expect and more.

Freshers was amazing! I met so many new people and went to all the freshers events taken place.

I love accommodation! It’s allowed me to make all new groups of friends, it’s clean and I feel very safe.

The SU bar is awesome! The drinks are so cheap and there’s always so many events taken place.

My lecturers are great. We know them all personally and I feel I have a personal relationship with them where I know they are willing to help me

Liverpool is great for city life. Everyone is so friendly and I feel very safe

The course is amazing and grants so many opportunities

Liverpool Hope University is a fantastic university. Extremely supportive of students with plenty of student help available. They also offer a wide range of courses with great lecturers.

So far has been amazing. Liverpool i's a beautiful city with loving people and a amazing university with lots of facilities as well as great teachers

Freshers week was brilliant. From activities such as the freshers fair, ice breaking activities and the induction week - everyone in our course settled in great. The accommodation here is great - I even stayed in halls for two years in a row! From then, I have met my friends for life. The accommodation is reasonably priced and the rooms are great - we even had a pool table in the common room The library is brilliant - primary Ed has its own dedicated part of the library! The surrounding gardens are so pretty and would make you want to go to the library. The classrooms and lecture halls are modern and accommodate each individuals needs The course is relevant to today and the ever changing world of education. We get the opportunity to participate in courses (for free) which looks great in our CV. Placement is the best part! City life was a major change from moving away from home in Northern Ireland. The night life and shopping are great, the places to eat out are endless!

Liverpool hope university so far has been so supportive in all my studies and helping me progress, nothing is ever too much for the tutors :)

The feedback on the assignments is always detailed and always states what I need to do in order to reach the next grade boundary

This uni is great for my course. The main campus is in such a nice area as well and there is lots of mixing between the halls.

I have been at Liverpool Hope University for 2 years now studying Business Management and Marketing. So far I have had an amazing experience meeting new friends and taking part in activities such as Young Enterprise earning a place at the regional finals.

My course so far has been interesting but challenging at the same time. I have got involved in amazing opportunities like Networking events and Business Awards. I look forward to my final year and graduation!
