Physical Education, Year 2

(5)·By Libby H·Education / Teacher Training· Mar 2019
They were well prepared had many students ready to show us around and speak about anything we wanted to know. Held plenty of events so people could get to know one another.

They have plenty of accommodation for students making sure that every has everything they need whilst staying there. It’s spacious and well looked after.

Their library is spacious, offering everything needed within a library, including quiet study rooms for you to book, so you can get on with your work. They have a wide range of sports facilities offering a place to go and play sport or somewhere you can use to learn depending on the course. Classrooms are spacious and are updated often so they suit both teachers and students.

The course offered a wide range of modules which covered many different topics, allowing me to learn what I need to move onto further education. The teachers are good within the lectures as they know all the information they need to and can present that in the correct way for us as students to take on that information.

The environment was very spacious and gave a good amount of choice for food places and places to go for entertainment and nights out, it offers a wide variety of things to do, especially for students.

That they would have a good range of modules and would learn what they needed to without having to do any other learning anywhere else. They get all the information they need from the teachers and will not need to do much further research as long as they take enough notes for themselves. The teachers are very supportive and help with anything needed from the students.

Food and Beverage Studies,

(4.3)·By Kirsty H·Food / Beverage Studies· Mar 2019
Went to Loughborough college not uni so therefore I do not no. Didn’t stay. Excellent. Hospitality and Catering course has lead me to what I want to do when I’m older the lectures are clear in what they are talking about and they know what they are on about. Don’t like being in Loughborough or Leicester because of the people and is not very clean. You get to learn a lot about being in a professional kitchen and restaurant

Loughborough College is not a UNI

(1.8)·By Mind Y·Art· Sep 2023
Loughborough college is a different entity to Loughborough UNI. Loughborough college has great tutors, sadly that's all. Management are untruthful, unorganised, discriminatory. Support is a facade. The tutors are expected to pick up the slack for everyone elses tardy, shambles of a work ethic. Since moving to another establishment the failings of Loughborough College are more apparent than ever. By all means explore the UNI options but steer well clear of the college if you value your sanity.
