The health and social care sector is constantly changing to meet the complex needs of people in society; this course, developed and taught by experts in the field guides students through these complexities and leads to a wide range of career and postgraduate opportunities.<br/><br/>An interest in health and wellbeing leads our students to study a wide variety of topics from mental health to criminal justice, social care to public health, domestic abuse to homelessness. We encourage our students to consider how we develop through the life cycle, how individuals and society are affected by poverty and inequality, and the opportunities and challenges of an increasingly globalised and technological world.<br/><br/>**Why study Health and Social Care at NTU?**<br/><br/><br/>- **The Health and Social Care body of students is incredibly diverse**, with students from the local area, around the UK and overseas, as well as mature students.
