Covering all the topics in the GDC (UK) Specialist Curriculum, it aims to familiarise you with up-to-date, novel and evidence-based clinical practices in prosthodontics.<br/><br/>We incorporate vocational elements to the programme so that you get a comprehensive education. During the programme, you will get hands-on training in fixed and removable prosthodontics and implant dentistry. You will also conduct supervised clinics and laboratory practice, in which treatment planning and clinical procedures are performed for selected cases, including a number of complex treatments.<br/><br/>You will receive professional doctorate-level research training, completing reports, evaluations and your final dissertation.<br/><br/>In addition, you will have the opportunity to interact with external specialists, through an extensive seminar series held within the Institute of Dentistry and the Blizard Institute.<br/><br/>The DClinDent Degree meets level 8 of the Framework for Higher Education Qualifications (FHEQ).<br/><br/>**Structure**<br/>- Three compulsory research modules, including your final dissertation (up to 50,000 words)<br/><br/><br/>- Three compulsory knowledge and clinical skills modules<br/>
