Fashion communication is about more than aesthetics - it’s about building brands, shaping culture and telling stories that resonate. This fashion communication course will guide you to develop the creative vision, strategic thinking and professional skills needed to build, promote and sustain dynamic fashion brands in a constantly evolving industry. Integrated Foundation Year
On the Integrated Foundation Year on this course, you will be first introduced to the fundamental principles of fashion. Your foundation year gives you the time, space and support to explore your strengths, build confidence and prepare for the demands of project-based, industry-focused learning. Modules are as follows:
Module 1: Diagnostic exploration - making informed choices
Module 2: Technical - Technical knowledge in practice
Module 3: Specialist - Innovating specialist practice
Module 4: Integration - Integrated practice for progression to Higher Education
After you have completed your Integrated Foundation Year, you will study the following:
Year 1
Year 1 builds a thorough grounding in brand principles, fashion marketing, and campaign creation - exploring how creative concepts come to life across platforms. Youll develop practical skills across photography, film, graphics, illustration, and social media.

Year 2
Year 2 deepens your campaign-building and fashion media production skills across multiple platforms and audiences. A work-based learning opportunity bridges academic study and industry - applying your knowledge in a real professional context.

Year 3
Final year brings everything together across four assessed components, centred on a substantial self-directed Final Major Project - from initial concept to fully realised outcome. Youll also develop your professional practice and graduate with a polished, industry-ready portfolio.
