Our Strength, Conditioning and Sports Nutrition BSc (Hons) with foundation year is designed for students who are passionate about sport and performance but may not meet traditional entry requirements. The foundation year gives you the time and support to build your confidence, academic skills, and scientific understanding.

As you progress, you’ll combine strength and conditioning with sports nutrition, learning how to design training programmes, improve performance, and support athletes through evidence-based practice. With access to industry-standard facilities and opportunities to gain additional qualifications such as a personal trainer certificate and first aid, you’ll graduate with both knowledge and practical experience.
Accredited by the International Universities Strength and Conditioning Association and recognised by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, this degree prepares you for careers in strength and conditioning, performance sport, personal training, or progress into sports nutrition.
