Provides personal transformational learning experience<br/>for students with diverse backgrounds.<br/>The course offers a holistic approach to developing knowledge and understanding required to managing a business; exploring<br/>how various functions within business are integrated through technology, stakeholders and sustainable practices; evaluating the<br/>impact on society at large.<br/><br/>The course will help you develop an appreciation for the dynamic change that is inherent within the business world and prepare<br/>for the continuing evolution of working life and associated roles, structures and ways of working; The course will require you to<br/>demonstrate an ability to integrate business theory in application and be efficient and effective in a variety of organisational,<br/>cultural, and social contexts.<br/><br/>Embedded within the course design is an opportunity for you to develop research skills, employability skills, analytical and<br/>problem solving skills, professional and responsible behaviours, and be transformed into knowledgeable and effective managers<br/>in any working environment.<br/><br/>In studying for the degree you are expected to demonstrate relevant knowledge and understanding of organisations and their<br/>internal management structures and external context in which they operate as well as the constraints that they face in<br/>contemporary society.
