Podiatry Bachelor of Science (with Honours) - BSc (Hons)

A Brighton Podiatry degree will prepare you for a rewarding career where you’ll have a positive impact on health and wellbeing as you assess, diagnose and treat conditions related to the feet, ankles and lower limbs.

This course is approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Royal College of Podiatry, ensuring you’ll gain all the knowledge and skills needed for professional practice. Successful completion of the degree means you will be eligible to apply for HCPC registration and practice as a podiatrist.

Clinical placements in each year of the degree will give you essential experience of working in the NHS and other settings such as private practices, podiatry specialisms, research, education and leadership. You’ll also gain plenty of hands-on experience at university using our specialist facilities which include orthotics manufacturing and a podiatry simulation suite so you can learn and practise practical skills before you work with real patients and clients.
