Along with high-quality teaching, the University is renowned for relevant research and knowledge exchange work which focuses on making a positive impact on society. The University has widely recognised expertise in its flagship areas of Health & Rehabilitation; Sustainable Business and Creativity & Culture.<br><br>In 2007, QMU relocated to a brand new purpose-built campus on the east of Edinburgh, and fewer than six minutes by train from Edinburgh city centre. The new campus offers students everything in one place including an academic building which houses the core teaching areas, including specialist spaces for health and drama students; a Learning Resources Centre with library facilities, numerous study spaces and a plethora of IT facilities to support your studies; catering facilities; sports centre, and students’ union.
