You will gain valuable experience as you are immersed in educational settings to better understand the day to day realities and dynamics of being in a classroom.<br/><br/><br/>- Our programmes offer you the chance to pursue particular areas of interest and develop specialisms in areas such as inclusion and special needs. <br/><br/><br/>**What youll do**<br/> - Combining English with Education offers routes into teacher training. Also, into non-teaching professional careers or postgraduate research.<br/><br/><br/>- You can combine your study of Education with English Literature and/or English Language and incorporate modules in creative writing. <br/><br/><br/>- Youll spend time on placements, working alongside other professionals. This will be highly valued by potential future employers.<br/><br/><br/>**Future Careers**<br/><br/>Studying our BA (Hons) Education and English course open the doors to a career in education, as well as offering routes into a range of other options including journalism, publishing, arts administration, theatre and advertising.
