Our energy law modules are provided by the University's Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy. CEPMLP is internationally renowned in the field of international business transactions, natural resources and energy law, and policy.
In Levels 3 and 4 you will develop detailed knowledge and expertise in this key commercial field and will study subjects such as energy law and energy projects and environmental law.
You will also explore a specialist area of your choice in a dissertation in Level 4.
This course can be used as part of an accepted pathway into practice as a solicitor or a barrister in England and Wales, giving you full flexibility in deciding where to complete your training. Find out more about:
