This extended forensic science course offers a new crime scene facility with a purpose-built vehicle examination garage and modern lab spaces. Well guide you through practical crime scenes and mass disaster scenarios, and you can try out a Disaster Victim Identification in our mock mortuary.<br/><br/>This extended forensic science degree contains a foundation year. If you dont have the traditional entry requirements or your background is in different subjects, you will be able to consolidate your skills before you embark on the three-year course.<br/><br/>Whether your passion is in investigating homicide, fingerprints, toxicology or beyond, this extended forensic sciences degree offers a head-start for your future career. Our graduates enter careers in forensic science and criminal justice as well as roles as a professional scientist.<br/><br/>The course is accredited by the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences, the professional body for forensic science worldwide.<br/><br/>**What you should know about this course**<br/><br/><br/>- This four-year course is identical to the three-year one, but has a foundation year with lower entry requirements<br/><br/><br/>- Practical facilities allow you to practice scenarios you will find in the workplace, including crime scene examination rooms and vehicles and an entomology facility<br/><br/><br/>- Youll be taught by industry professionals with years of real world practical experience in forensic service provision<br/><br/><br/>- You will be well prepared for careers in areas like homicide investigation, blood pattern analysis, molecular biology, fingerprints, toxicology, and ballistics<br/><br/><br/>- This course is taught at our Medway Campus in Chatham Maritime, Kent.<br/>
