It combines science, public health and engineering, so you will develop the skills to cover the technical elements of natural and engineering environmental systems. Youll also learn to handle the full delivery process of engineered and natural water and earth resources, from the planning and design stage to construction and maintenance.

Our two-year course is aimed at graduates from environmental engineering backgrounds who want to apply sustainability strategies to complex problems. It will also suit those wishing to develop their careers in fields around environmental engineering - from water reuse to desalination - or in related commercial enterprise. The course includes a project and a one-year internship with a related employer in the field, allowing you to put your learning into practice and gain vital career skills.

This programme may include a range of learning activities such as on-campus teaching, practical sessions, workshops, placements or field-based work. These activities form part of the core learning experience.

We welcome applications from disabled students and those with long-term health conditions.
