On this course you’ll explore crime through the lens of forensic science, developing an understanding of how evidence is gathered, analysed and used within criminal investigations and the justice system.
The course focuses on the relationship between forensic science and criminal investigation, allowing you to explore areas such as forensic evidence, investigative practice, violent crime and the role of forensic professionals within law enforcement and legal proceedings. This perspective helps you understand how scientific methods support decision-making across the criminal justice process.
