The award-winning Allam Medical building houses a suite of impressive learning areas including simulated birthing units, neo-natal wards and more.<br/>• **Get paid £5,000 a year**: Apply for at least £5k a year, depending on your personal circumstances, through the NHS Learning Support Fund. This is a yearly payment that you won’t have to pay back.<br/>• **Accredited qualifications**: The course is Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) accredited, so when you graduate, you’ll be eligible to register as a qualified midwife.<br/><br/>**Where could this take me?** <br/><br/>Midwifery is a vocational degree with most of our graduates going on to work as midwives after graduation.<br/><br/>Our midwifery degree has a 100% employability rate – so the job prospects couldn’t be better – with graduates starting careers in the NHS as well as in private practice. Some even take their qualifications abroad to work as midwives overseas.
