Our course will give you the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in surveying: investing in, developing and managing the built environment.

Our graduates go on to excel in fascinatingly varied careers, including award-winning regeneration schemes, such as the internationally acclaimed Kings Cross Central redevelopment in central London and the iconic mixed-use redevelopment at Battersea Power Station, as well as the management of world-class real estate funds and assets.

The programme will give you the expertise to develop a flexible career path, enabling you to pursue a wide variety of roles across the commercial and planning and development real estate surveying specialisms, as the programme is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for both the ‘Commercial Real Estate’ and ‘Planning & Development’ pathways.

This flexibility comes from modules covering core areas such as valuation, environmental sustainability and planning policy, Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) issues, and professional ethics; and across specialisms such as real estate development, investment and fund management, and asset management.

You will be taught by a research-active academic team, who will bring their specialist expertise and innovative cutting-edge research into your learning experience.
