These projects are carried out with a strong focus on sustainability, community engagement, and environmental responsibility.<br/><br/>However, the industry is also facing numerous challenges, including globalisation, climate change, and a complex regulatory environment. This course provides the tools and knowledge to navigate these challenges. You will gain insights into the legal, technical, managerial, economic, social, and environmental aspects of construction, enabling you to manage projects that are efficient, high-quality, and risk-free.<br/><br/>This program blends theoretical knowledge with practical skills, delivered by industry experts. Core modules in Construction Management will foster creative problem-solving and teamwork, while also covering areas such as construction technology, project planning and management, sustainable construction practices, health and safety, and digital competencies. <br/><br/>By the end of the course, you will have a comprehensive understanding of project design, methodology, and implementation, from inception to client handover.
