Fine Art MA

Develop your artistic practice and advance your research skills. Join us in our Cambridge studios for our intensive, critically engaged Fine Art Master's course.

This programme reflects the interdisciplinary nature of contemporary art practice, enabling you to explore a range of approaches, including, but not limited to painting, sculpture, and printmaking, photography, video, digital media, installation, sound and performance.

You'll spend much of your time working and researching independently – but you'll also learn about recent theories, contexts and practices in lectures, seminars and one-to-one tutorials.

You'll be able to test out your ideas in a professional working environment, and learn important transferable skills relating to professional art practice through individual and peer presentations and critiques, internal and external exhibitions, curation and critical writing.

You'll be supported by lecturers and technical staff, who are themselves experienced artists working across a range of approaches and disciplines, and from whom you will receive invaluable advice and direction to advance your professional art practice and career.
