Media Studies, Year 1
It was scary at first but soon turned out to be super fun! I met so many incredible people and was able to start settling in.. I stay at home.. The facilities are excellent. the computers have a range of programmes that are all benfitical for my course. I was able to have the great balance between being creative and being academic. It’s not too far from manchester, and so what more could you want?. Keep up to date with news topics, and keep in the loop

Biology, Year 1
When I chose to pick biology, I was very interested into biolagy in school there fore I wanted to take it further. Yes it is hard and I may be struggling but I am still trying to my projected grade
I went to ashton six form mainly since it was the closest college near me, when I went for the interviews they showed me many things and they also showed me that 70% of pupil are projected An A. I have no problems in the college and I would recommend it to people
They have facilities such as sports for football or basket ball or game rooms when it is your break. They have an library where you can study peaceful. I don’t really use these as much but I am in the library more often since exams are coming up. The classroom are modern and is simple
From the lectures I. Have learnt many things , I take a notebook for quick notes since the lectures are very descriptive. The Cousteau showed me many things in the subject and I ham doin well
The city of Ashton is alright. They have resturents which are very useful and activities. I found this city life alright since me and my mates had no problem with it and still enjoyed it
If the students are willing to pick biology, you should be very interested in the subject or else you won’t enjoy i. It gets tough so be prepared to revise!
