Newton Park
With historic listed buildings, rolling fields, a castle and a lake, there aren’t many campuses like Newton Park. You may have the chance to tread the boards at the university theatre and rehearsal studios or get comfortable in the well-stocked library. Newton Park is complete with state-of-the-art TV Studios, computer rooms, and study areas in the iconic Commons building.
Facilities include open-access, technology-enabled study spaces, social learning spaces, bookable group working rooms, a café, and an outdoor amphitheatre. The campus also has the best specialist digital and studio resources for teaching in the South West – equal to anything found in top commercial organisations and broadcast companies. Newton Park is also home to BSU’s Science courses, with multiple laboratories, a dedicated Food and Nutrition lab, and ecological surveying equipment.
