Established as far back as 1948, Grantham College is a co-educational further education establishment in Lincolnshire. Originally called the Grantham College for Further Education, the college took on its current name in the 1990s. The Grantham College address is on Stonebridge Road, close to Kesteven and Grantham Girls' School, from which many of its students are drawn in each year's intake. The college has a satellite site in the nearby town of Sleaford. The Grantham College of Education is not to be mixed up with Harlaxton College Grantham which is a private establishment. Acting in the capacity of the town's largest sixth form centre, at Grantham College A levels are one of the mainstays of the education offered there. However, there is much more to it than that. Indeed, the Grantham College prospectus has something to offer everyone including international students, not least because of the number of residential places it offers. The Grantham College VLE provides students of all types with a virtual learning environment with plenty of online support. Other resources include dyslexia support, English and maths hubs as well as equality and inclusion support, to name but a few.
