Henley College (The)

It was good. I'd been there for a year already so I already knew about the place and people No accommodation. It's a college so I lived at home Very nice. Multiple libraries gym excellent facilities for courses It was interesting and what I wanted to do so I really enjoyed it Henley is. Great town very posh very scenic would recommend

Really cool!!! Loved it so much. I do not stay in accommodation. Very spacious and clean. Good learning environment. Very interesting as it applies to real life so it's going to set me up for the future. Lovely town close by with lovely shops but also close to great clubs. Make sure you study hard, also make sure you know key terms

Head of departments never listen to students, and teachers not coming in for over 9 months, where do I even start. Not once did 4 out of my 6 teachers actually teach us anything useful for our BTEC level 3 exams or coursework, they would either say watch a YouTube video, or go on W3schools. I have never seen teaching standards so poor, I would never send my kids here. When it came to exams too students were always blamed for everything, be it a fault on their end or any delays. Students would be laughed at and mocked for being nervous and not looking happy before exams by the invidulators, and when any IT fault would happen they would say "your IT students you should know what to do", while it was completely out of our control. The IT department was renovated this year however, but other than the new addition of the laptops and new pc's, none of it worked. The bench which was meant to be for networking and other use, was installed completely wrong and now nobody even uses it. The VR room which was meant to be for students is just a classroom now with old exam desks inside, and the room which was meant to be where students were able to try out networking again was the colleges LAN, which was obviously never then opened. The student room which IT and engineering students were given to study was taken away even though we were promised at the start of the year. The problem is that the course is amazing but everything built around the course is not. Come here if your fine with doing 100% independent work and no teaching.
