Youll examine building design, the reasons for constructions and the reasons why buildings fail. For one day each week, youll attend university rather than your place of employment. There will also be learning activities at your workplace.<br/><br/>This programme is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is applying to be accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
