People sit at the heart of every organisation. How businesses attract, develop, support, and retain talent can shape their success. On this integrated master's degree, you’ll explore the strategies, decisions, and challenges involved in managing people in today’s evolving workplace.
Our integrated MSci Human Resource Management combines undergraduate and postgraduate study into one degree, enabling you to graduate with a master’s-level qualification while developing the knowledge, skills, and professional credibility sought by employers.
You’ll explore the core pillars of people management, including resourcing, learning and development, employee relations, and performance management. Alongside this, you’ll examine contemporary issues such as employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, hybrid working, and ethical leadership in local and global contexts.

* Explore ethical, global, and strategic people management challenges
* Apply HR theory and business knowledge to real organisational situations
* Build strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills that you’ll lean on throughout your career
