Welcome to Leicester College! We offer a comprehensive range of technical, vocational and higher education qualifications across a broad range of subject areas, including ESOL, from entry to university level to around 20,000 students.<br><br>Learners of all ages and backgrounds are represented here: our youngest learners come here one a day a week from school to study vocational qualifications alongside their GCSEs, while our oldest student recently celebrated her 100th birthday. From entry-level courses to degree-level study, we serve all sections of our community: whether you want to take an evening course to get a taste of something new, get an Access diploma to go to university, or study full time on one of our vocational courses, we can help you realise your ambitions.<br><br>We were recently awarded Gold for our university teaching in the government’s new Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) – the highest possible award. This was due in part to our success in making our students feel supported and happy during their time with us: the National Student Survey in 2016 placed us joint fifth nationally for student satisfaction.
