Not loads of events that helped socialising but I made friends really easy and everyone was so nice and welcoming! More just went clubbing then went to freshers events but became friends with my flatmates straight away So safe! Security 24/7 at reception, very thorough on who they let in which is great when living in london. It's also kept very clean and is modern with very big kitchens. No student union unfortunately or not that I know of and obviously everything is on different campus's as it's in london. But overall the facilities are great with a huge library at CSM and the campus is so cool and modern. Very interactive and workshop driven then lots of lectures which was exactly what was great for the way I learn! All the professors are really easy to speak to and friendly. I love London. There's so much too do and so many different places to try out and find somewhere for you. It's my favourite place especially for shopping and eatint

it was full of ups & downs but I really learned a lot about myself & my abilities - not just as a fashion student but as a person. i have mental health problems &, without sounding dramatic, my tutors really saved my life.

Business Studies / Management, Year 2

Freshers week was nice as a lot of social events were taking place all around the London and within the university campus. A lot of organizations outside university threw events which means there were at least 3-4 events per week! I think they're doing good. They have staff working on site, and rooms have private bathrooms which is an advantage compared to shared bathrooms halls! Facilities are awesome. The library is very clean and a lot academic books are available not only within the fashion field but also everything that we could be passionate about! Classrooms are modern and have a lot of equipments which facilitate classes. The tables are a little small to fit our computers though. Student union is helpful and delivers a lot of information and help! And there is a wide variety of sports choices with great talented teams! Lectures are straightforward. We learn, we practice. No time to loose, and it is very interesting even though you don't like the unit you always end up expressing interest because of the way of teaching! The course is very well organized, clear, and a lot of help is provided I love the city life. I would say it can be hard to fit in at the beginning, but once you settled in, it's a delight to get up every morning. 0 days remain the same. There's always something different going on, always something happening somewhere. It's fascinating. And the large amount of people you encounter is amazing !

It was good, lots of societies and nights out. Very friendly and helpful The accommodation is really nice and affordable, wish we could choose more of where we are within the halls though There's no student union meeting place but receive online emails generally from them. Library is sufficient but could have more pods for learning The course is informative and teaches you the basics to the detailed London is full of nightlife and secret hideouts and great places to walk and meet friends

Freshers week in London was amazing as we got to mix with more unis, and make even more connections. It is very clean and modern, with high levels of security. Quite expensive though. There are a variety of different libraries to attend and different buildings.! The course is specialised to tailor fashion and the lecturers are all hardworking, as they want us to succeed. City life is amazing as there is always something to do!

It was pretty decent meeting new people but often the fresher events were oversold and so many people would be packed into tight spaces! It was great, I met friends for life and I live with 2 out of the 3 from halls now. It helped with the transition from leaving home to living alone The facilities are ran well, easy to use and have pretty much everything needed for what you're looking for. The course offers everything you need to be able to start your own brand, all you need to make your products and offers help in all aspects. It's a bit wild as I have come from a rural area to urban but I love it. It is nice to not have to rely on transport and to be able to walk everywhere.

It was pretty disappointing. There weren't a lot of activities. Sadly, not a lot of people showed up! Everyone was very shy and didnt really talk a lot. I have not lived in the accommodation, however, my friend has. The halls are pretty good, I remember she had some overcrowded cupboards and the fridge was too small. The rooms looked really cute though! The library a tad small but enough if you manage to squeeze in. The student union was fun from what ive heard. could do with more space though. They were interesting. Lots of good speakers, the technology was advanced. Lots of workshops and things. It's london, so it's amazing. So many clubs, food places, pubs. Also book shops, art museums etc.

I had a great time, the arts student union set up loads of freshers events for us to do! Some clubbing, some to do with uni e.g. a freshers fair I lived in North Acton which is super close to my campus, the accommodation itself was lovely I had an amazing time staying there... even got my money back for the rest of the rent when I ended my tenancy due to corona. Very modern and I met so many people at my uni as well as imperial college London We have amazing facilities, our university is spread out over a few campuses so it's fun to travel around London and go to different places! Our library is the best fashion library in the U.K.. They have loads of societies... sports, religion, culture! Pre Corona... I was in university up to 6 days a week, I had the best time studying and I loved all my tutors, very supportive and always took time for us! City life is London is so unique and the campuses are never next to the accommodation so you have a different experience to many other universities where it's all in one place but I really love that aspect about it!
