The LL.B. Hons (Criminal Law) is a fully recognised Qualifying Law Degree which gives you the early opportunity to specialise in aspects of Criminal Law.
It is especially suitable for students who are interested in - and/or wish to practise in - this field professionally, whether as criminal lawyers, police officers or within the Crown Prosecution Service, but it does not restrict you to this sector, as your degree will be equally valid for any field of legal professional practice.

These assessments allow you to develop and demonstrate a wide range of skills and knowledge which may be invaluable for further study or career.<br/><br/>Many LL.B. graduates go on to train as a solicitor or barrister. As well as qualifying you for this next stage of training, the course also opens the door to many other graduate careers, including roles in business, media, voluntary organisations and non-governmental organisations (NGOs). Because of the emphasis in this course on Criminal Law, graduates will be particularly well-placed to practise in firms which specialise in this sector.
