You’ll gain a variety of tools and techniques, as well as a reflective, ethical and moral mindset in preparation for the complexities of business operations and international trade.<br/><br/>You’ll develop a deep understanding of how global business thrive, as well as their problems, drivers of change and intricate cultural dynamics – and build your knowledge of surrounding disciplines including international relations, finance, management, marketing, entrepreneurship and more, developing your strategic expertise, analytical capabilities and creative communication skills. <br/><br/>You’ll also learn a business-critical language and take part in practical exercises that expose you to real issues such as geopolitical, economic, sociocultural and regulatory challenges, or the importance of aligning financial, environmental, social and governance standards, and train you to respond effectively in complex international environments.<br/><br/>You can also apply to join our Luxury Lab consultancy series: an extra-curricular project giving you the chance to collaborate with a small group of students across the University on a real challenge a luxury brand is facing. Recent partners have included Estée Lauder Companies, Laurent Perrier and Fortnum & Mason.<br/><br/>In your final term, you’ll complete a major business project or dissertation – researching, analysing and applying your knowledge to a real business case.<br/><br/>You’ll leave Regent’s with a wide range of transferable skills, including cultural awareness, adaptability, ethical decision-making and emotional intelligence – as well as the ability to assess situations and organisations, build strategies, develop creative solutions to fast-moving challenges and communicate effectively in an international business context. <br/><br/>Whether you aspire towards working for an international corporation, starting a new venture, acquiring international business portfolios, gaining prestigious management, consulting and strategic marketing roles or joining an existing family business, this degree has been designed with you in mind.
