You’ll explore the challenges and complexities of managing projects on a global scale, and develop the skills to mitigate risk and use technology to manage budgets and timelines effectively.<br/><br/>But effective project management goes far beyond technical expertise. You’ll also delve into problem solving, quality assurance, leadership and stakeholder management – learning to motivate teams, resolve conflict, manage accelerated change and communicate successfully. You’ll also explore the importance of sustainability and ethical decision making – learning strategies that consider social, environmental and economic impacts.<br/><br/>Throughout the year you’ll have opportunities to engage with industry experts and apply your skills practically. Recently, students joined simulated project scenarios with the Global Entrepreneurship Network UK – enhancing their problem-solving abilities and preparing them for the challenge of managing complex projects after graduation.<br/><br/>You’ll leave Regent’s as a highly skilled project management professional, capable of leading projects, driving innovation and delivering value in todays complex and ever-changing business landscape.
