Shaped by the British Pharmacological Society’s Undergraduate Curriculum, our programme bridges clinical medicine and fundamental science, and develops your core knowledge, skills, and attitudes, preparing you to join the next generation of pharmacologists.
Employability is at the heart of our course, and as you progress through the course you will receive exposure to the range of employability options available to you upon graduation. As you progress through our course, you can choose to focus on one of three employability strands:

Extended Project
We recognise the EPQ as an excellent indicator of success. If you are predicted a grade B or above in the EPQ, you will receive an offer with a one grade reduction, to include your EPQ with a grade B.
A level
Including Chemistry and one other STEM subject (including Psychology, but not Geography).
T Level
We welcome applicants with T levels. Applicants will be assessed on a case by case basis.
WJEC Level 3 Advanced Skills Baccalaureate Wales
Swansea University accepts the Advanced Skills Baccalaureate Wales as fully equivalent to x1 A-Level.
